Sun City’s Price Range Examples
The smallest of homes are the Duplex Condominiums. There is a separate association fee that maintains the exterior walls of your condominium and the yard. Each condominium has it’s own garage and back patio. Prices range from:
- 1,046 sq. ft, Duplex Condo, $229,999
- 1,384 sq. ft., Single Family Home, $295,000
- 2,577 sq. ft., Single Family Home, $659,000
- 2,598 sq. ft., Single Family Home, $1,288,000- a former model home with city view on the golf course (picture right)
Prices will vary considerably according to the homes’ particular location, as you can see by the examples above. Homes were built in Sun City Summerlin for 15 years. This means that the age of a home is also a consideration when determining the value. Remodeled homes and new air conditioners make a big difference too.
Each home has an emergency light flashing system with switches throughout each home. When triggered, neighbors and the security team will come to check on you. Vacation checks are also available. The community is not a closed guard-gated neighborhood. There are guard gates at each entrance that assist visitors and handle any needs that come up.
