🏡 Is Toll Brothers A High-End Builder?
Toll Brothers builds high-end semi-custom homes. They will typically be the most expensive production homes in any given area. Make no mistake, they are not a custom home builder, they do not move walls or add doors. They will not do customizations that are not on their options list, only ones at their design center. Know that the Toll Brothers options and upgrades are fabulous!
🧑⚖️ What Is The Lawsuit Against Toll Brothers?
Toll Brothers is not involved in any litigation affecting our area. There is some federal litigation regarding multi-family developments they built back east that allegedly did not comply with federal accessibility guidelines. Of course, that has no affect on Toll Brothers Las Vegas. A builder is only as good as their Building Superintendent at each neighborhood. 🤔 Is Toll Brothers Better Than Lennar?
Yes, Toll Brothers is better than Lennar in a couple of ways. Architecturally, their designs have more elements that have visual interest. They evoke a more luxurious feel. Additionally, Toll Brothers offer far more customization options than Lennar does. Lennar has a better price per square foot partly because they offer fewer options, so it takes less time to build.
⚖️ Is Pulte Or Toll Brothers Better?
Toll Brothers is better only in the sense that they have more developments to choose from than Pulte. Pulte builds more medium-end developments with the occasional high-end development. Pulte’s high-end developments are comparable to Toll Brothers. Ascension in Summerlin is a great example of that. There are two neighborhoods within the guard-gated community of Ascension. 🏘️ Does Toll Brothers Build 55+ Communities?
Toll Brothers does not currently build any 55+ communities. In 2020, Toll Brothers built Regency in Summerlin. Regency is my favorite guard-gated, non-golf, 55+ active adult community in the entire valley. It is upscale with a beautiful community center and pool designed for fun and socializing. Currently, Toll Brothers sells 45 different floor-plans in 15 different communities throughout the Las Vegas Valley. They build upscale houses and townhomes, typically in master-planned developments. As a builder of luxury neighborhoods, Toll Brothers does it with beauty and style. Their basic homes are built with energy-efficient materials, Energy Star appliances, and all the current smart home features.
Toll Brothers Las Vegas communities offer quality amenities and features in their public areas. They often build guard-gated communities, and some include community centers in the neighborhood.
Of course, when I say Toll Brothers Las Vegas, that means Toll Brothers Henderson, too. There are currently no Toll Brothers North Las Vegas communities.
North Las Vegas was Nevada’s fastest-growing city in 2021 and is definitely a new construction “hot spot.” Because of this, I would expect a Toll Brothers North Las Vegas development in the future.
When a Toll Brothers development has pools and clubhouses, we know they will be lovely, and places residents will want to hang out. Fitness centers are state-of-the-art. Also, the locker rooms and baths look elegant. Landscaping is usually tasteful and includes flowering desert plants. Their CCRs are strict.

Toll Brothers Las Vegas floor plans are traditional, with formal features, open great rooms, or 2-story homes with a loft. They also build next-gen suites and build both contemporary and traditional exterior designs.
Las Vegas Toll Brothers homes are designed to accommodate both families with and without children. Toll Brothers also has a community of luxury 55+ retirement homes.
When we lived in a Toll Brothers home, our teenager had a suite of rooms past the loft. It was like she had her own apartment.
Our home had double French doors throughout and featured courtyards. No matter what’s on your wish-list, Toll Brothers can fill it with the best of everything.
The Toll Brothers Design Center
Toll Brothers Neighborhoods are probably the most upgraded communities in town. When you go to their incredible design center, you WANT to get their lovely extras. Their stylists are terrific, and the design center is amazing due to neighborhoods attracting a more discerning buyer.
Every property is unique due to an expansive list of options at its design center. Top-of-the-line appliances, closet and pantry organizers, and stunning granites are all offered.
Their designers show combinations of colors and flooring that you want in your home. Know this and plan to add builder options of 10-20% to the base price of your home. There’s a lot to be said about having a semi-custom home built to be your dream home with one-stop shopping. Building a custom is much, much more difficult!
