Veer Towers

Veer is one of the 3 main complexes that make the elegant community of City Center. City Center was an $8 Billion development built to take advantage of the energy-saving products and features that are available. Combining energy efficiency with technological advances created these award-winning towers. Veer was awarded the LEED Gold veer las vegasCertification for energy efficiency resulting in fabulously low power bills.  Veer was given the honor of being the first condominium project to open within the City Center project in 2007. The second Veer tower opened 3 years later in 2010. Combined, there are almost 700 suites in the two 37 story tall towers. Currently, prices range from $285,000 for a studio suite to 3 Million for a luxury penthouse.

The most popular feature within both of the Veer towers is the rooftop Sky pools. Besides the luxury poolside cabanas and the BBQ areas, a large rooftop party area is also on the top deck for the owner’s use. With state-of-the-art Business Centers, Media Rooms, Spa Salons, and Exercise Centers, Veer has become quite popular. Steps away from the Las Vegas Strip, these residences can be quiet or exciting.

Each condominium feature all-electric Heat/AC and Energy Star plumbing and appliances, stunning high-end finishing features and elegant decor. There is a doorman, valet, concierge and roving security for residents to utilize 24 hours a day.

Veer Condominium Hotel

MGM Corporation built City Center, which was the largest privately funded construction project ever built in the U.S. With the success of MGM’s Signature Towers, both Veer and Vdara were built to be Hotel Condominiums.

In Veer, you have the choice to live there, keep your residence as a vacation home, or to put it into a rental pool where MGM’s in house management team will rent the unit on a nightly and weekly basis.

Hotel condominiums have been very desirable for both MGM and the owners as a business opportunity. The Nevada and federal tax structure allow these residences, as investments, to be a win-win. Businesses can have built-in places for their teams to stay as well as using the rental income to cover overhead. With a location across the way from Aria, the Cosmopolitan and Crystals, an up-scale mall, Veer is a highly sought-after place to live.

There are 5 other Hotel Condominiums in Las Vegas. They are MGM Signature, Palms Place, Vdara, Trump, and Platinum. Other high-rise buildings in town have CCR’s that do not allow short-term rentals. The CCR’s are taken seriously to ensure security within the buildings.
